There are a variety of rebates, incentives, loans and assistance programs available for a limited time to help you with financing your home energy improvements.
Rebates
You can save up to 15% off of home energy efficiency improvements! The rebate is provided by Baltimore Gas & Electric and will give you with up to $2450.

Tax Incentives
If you invest in an energy retrofit, you may be eligible for a federal tax credit of 10% off the cost of materials, up to $500. This tax credit was made possible by a 2010 tax credit and expires at the end of 2011. Check out the Department of Energy website for more information.
Loans
Loans of up to $20,000 are available at an interest rate as low as 6.99%.
The Maryland Energy Administration has partnered with the Maryland Clean Energy Center (MCEC) to offer loans to Maryland homeowners for doing energy improvements. Visit MCEC’s website to learn more. Click “Register Now” to start the application process.
Assistance Programs
